RePro Stream is the company behind RePro, a real-time collaboration platform built for film and TV workflows. It enables production teams to stream, review, and communicate instantly, bridging the gap between set, studio, and post.
As the company entered a major growth phase, RePro Stream needed a partner to help define its positioning, establish authority in the production space, and build consistent awareness across PR, content, and social channels, while supporting a growing product roadmap.


The brief
Grammatik was engaged to act as an embedded communications and marketing partner, supporting RePro Stream across positioning, PR, content, and go-to-market execution.

The strategy
Following onboarding and a deep product immersion, we developed a long-term, phased strategy focused on benefits over features, consistency, and momentum.
We orchestrated a series of activations that provided a big-picture, multi-layered approach to raise awareness across an industry and buyer personas where technical and creative go hand in hand.

• Combined monthly unique visitors exceeded 2 million, including 1.14M+ MUV in January 2026 alone.
• 10 press hits in January 2026, combining product launch coverage for Pulsar with executive thought leadership
• Coverage secured in key trade outlets including Cinematography World, RedShark News, postPerspective, ProVideo Coalition, Panorama Audiovisual, Post Magazine, TVBEurope and Content & Technology.
• Consistent, high-authority trade coverage and backlinks supporting long-term SEO and discoverability.
Website and SEO
• New website launch, with a traffic growth from sub-300 monthly users at its lowest point to 1,400+ users during peak PR activity.
• Referral traffic spiked around major PR moments, including product launches, integrations, and thought leadership.
• January 2026 saw strong post-launch performance, with 800+ total users and continued organic growth, driven by a significant increase in inbound SQLs.
Social media growth
• Though our focus was PR, driven by product, case studies and thought leadership, we created ad hoc social content and suggested ideas for consistent posting on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• LinkedIn followers grew 5x, while organic impressions scaled from near-zero to 7,000+ per month at peak, with January 2026 sustaining 2,300+ impressions off the back of Pulsar coverage.
• Instagram followers doubled, with views peaking during periods of consistent posting and campaign-led content.
Most importantly, RePro Stream entered 2026 with clear market positioning, proven press traction, and an established go-to-market engine, enabling major product launches like Pulsar to achieve immediate visibility and measurable impact.
