Autodesk is a multinational software corporation that makes software products and services for a variety of industries. If you’ve ever driven a high-performance car, admired a towering skyscraper, used a smartphone, or watched a great film, chances are you’ve experienced what millions of Autodesk customers are doing with their software. The company’s digital transformation workshops act as a credible resource for industry leaders in these areas.

The brief 

Autodesk’s dedication to building community and establishing itself as a credible resource for guidance and information has driven its digital transformation workshops. These are held in-person and guide a small group of industry decision makers through the process of digital transformation, fostering discussion, networking, problem solving and ideation.

The brief for Grammatik was to capture the proceedings on video, and to produce a highlights reel that would serve to showcase the event and help to promote more future workshops. Grammatik was also tasked with creating shorter edits for promotion across social media.

The strategy

Grammatik shot a video onsite at the event, hosting interviews with various attendees to capture sound bites and testimonials. Our edit created a two-minute promotional reel that incorporated Autodesk branding and delivered motivating messaging for potential future participants. The focus of the narrative was the value of attendee participation along with the lively interactive discussions that took place.

Separate cut-down clips were also created to feature attendee testimonials as first-hand promos for future event. These were used across Autodesk’s social media platforms.

The results

Video Production

Grammatik delivered the end to end production of a ‘hero’ two-minute reel to promote future Autodesk workshop events.

A series of shorter 30-second videos were also created for use on social media.
