The client

CENTREL Solutions develops automation software for IT teams, helping professionals streamline documentation, enhance compliance, and cut costs. Their flagship product, XIA Configuration, is used by system administrators, IT consultants, and MSPs across multiple industries.

The brief

CENTREL needed to strengthen brand awareness and evolve its market positioning. While their software is trusted by IT professionals globally, the company’s digital presence did not reflect its value or competitive edge. Grammatik was brought in to help clarify the messaging, increase reach, and attract new leads through a targeted marketing and PR strategy.

The strategy 

Our first step was to conduct a comprehensive audit across CENTREL’s earned and owned media channels. This revealed an opportunity to pivot towards benefit-led messaging and expand visibility via industry PR, SEO, and LinkedIn.

We restructured the website copy to focus on use cases over features, helping users understand not just what the tools do, but what problems they solve. The website became more navigable, persuasive, and aligned with buyer intent—critical for B2B decision-making.

On LinkedIn, we developed a consistent, educational content stream aimed at IT managers and system administrators. We refined tone, improved visual assets, and focused topics around IT automation, configuration challenges, and compliance best practices.

In parallel, we activated a PR strategy to position CENTREL’s leadership and product innovations in high-value tech and IT media. This included securing bylines and product coverage to elevate thought leadership and drive credibility.

The results

Since launching this new approach in October 2024, CENTREL has seen a 280% increase in LinkedIn organic impressions, alongside a 33% uplift in organic social-driven users to their website. Previously flat engagement began to grow steadily, with a rise in post clicks  reactions recorded in the following months. Most importantly, the average engagement rate rose from 0% to nearly 1%, demonstrating that the right audience is not only seeing the content, but actively engaging with it.

Our PR efforts secured CENTREL coverage in some of the industry’s most respected technology outlets, collectively reaching an audience of over 33.75 million monthly unique visitors. This included a feature in TechRadar Pro titled “Five ways to save time and money with your IT in 2025”, a thought leadership article in Cyber Defense Magazine on disaster recovery, and product-focused coverage in ITBrief, Bisinfotech, and Channel E2E

With a refreshed website, elevated LinkedIn presence, and authoritative media visibility, CENTREL now has the marketing infrastructure to scale its impact.
