The client
Qoolize is an international telecoms company that provides borderless connectivity solutions for businesses of all sizes. Their services include A2P SMS, eSIM, Global Internet, and Voice, along with their ISP research tool, Sphera. With a strong emphasis on innovation, transparency, and equality, Qoolize aims to empower its customers by simplifying common challenges, including commissioning connectivity and delivering robust automated marketing via A2P SMS.
The brief
When Qoolize approached Grammatik, they faced a not-unusual challenge in their marketing and PR efforts. The company lacked coverage and its existing website wasn’t effectively representing the business to new and existing customers. What Qoolize needed was a comprehensive strategy to establish a solid foundation for their forward-facing communications channels to enhance brand visibility, positioning themselves as a people-first company, and preparing for a long-term strategic approach.

The strategy
To address Qoolize’s challenges, Grammatik developed a marketing and PR foundations plan focusing on three core areas: website redevelopment, content creation, and PR.
Website redevelopment
A functional and engaging online presence is crucial to every business and is particularly important when PR is part of your tactical comms plan. We prepared a detailed report on the opportunities presented by a new website, highlighting areas where the current site was underperforming. Qoolize brought Osom Studios in to design and develop a new website, built on the popular WordPress platform. The revamped site would reflect Qoolize’s commitment to innovation and transparency, providing users with an intuitive experience and clear information about core product offerings. Key improvements included a user-centric design ensuring accessibility and ease of navigation, a responsive layout optimised for desktop and mobile devices, and a ground-up look at SEO to improve search engine visibility and attract organic traffic.
Public Relations
With no existing PR or news presence, establishing Qoolize in the media landscape was vital. However, there was also the obstacle of the existing website and limited social media on which to build credibility. Our PR strategy focused on positioning Qoolize as a people-first business and included media outreach to engage with journalists, particularly those championing women in leadership roles – something at which Qoolize excels. We also created press releases announcing company milestones, partnerships, and innovations, along with thought leadership to position Qoolize spokespeople as industry experts through interviews and guest articles.
Content Creation
To support the new website and PR efforts, we developed a content strategy that included blog posts on relevant topics along with sharing insight into industry trends. We also leveraged Qoolize’s relationship with their development partner, Trunkstar, to develop mutually beneficial content that would provide backlinks to both businesses.
The results
The new website is fully optimised and keeps users on the site for longer.
Nine press hits in industry publications, effectively positioning the company as a people-first business and increasing brand visibility, ready for the next phase of outreach.
Qoolize now has multiple SERP entries and dominates critical keywords, providing a clear foundation for future marketing and PR campaigns.
